RESEPI SUP AYAM SIMPLE


Semalam sebelum tidur, ummi aku dah pesan masak sup ayam untuk lunch. So, hari ni without any excuses aku kena lar rajinkan diri aku untuk masak sup ayam. Btw, this is my first time buat sup ayam without adding kiub ayam, so proud of myself. Clap3

RESEPI SUP AYAM BUJANG

BAHAN-BAHAN

Minyak untuk menumis
Bunga Lawang 5 biji
Bunga Cengkih 5 biji
Kulit kayu manis 1 batang
Buah Pelaga 5 biji
Lada Hitam 15 biji
Bawang Besar 1 biji
Bawang Putih 4 ulas
Halia 4 keping
Sup Bunjut 1 paket 
Ayam 5 Ketul (bahagian isi dan tulang)
Garam 2 sudu kecil
Air Panas 1 jug
Kentang (aku x letak sbb xde)

CARA-CARA

1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan tumis bunga lawang, bunga cengkih, kulit kayu manis dan buah pelaga hingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan bawang besar, bawang putih, halia dan sup bunjut. Tumis sebentar.
3. Masukkan ayam dan garam. Tunggu sehingga ayam masak.
4. Masukkan air panas dan reneh sehingga sup cukup rasa.

Senang jer kan. Kalau nak masukkan kentang, masukkan lepas ayam masak. Kemudian baru masukkan air.

It has been a long time since my last post. So lately ni, I'm hooked with drama melayu after such a long time. So drama ni aku jumpa sbb aku subscribe one of the channel on YouTube, although the views are low, but the thumbnail of tiz zaqyah and aqasha led me to click the drama (since I'm a fan of both of them). First, jalan cerita dia yang best.  Second, chemistry between tiz n aqasha. Third, the song in the drama. Background lagu dlm cerita ni sesuai sgt. Aku plg suka lagu Jatuh Cinta by IamNeeta. So this drama is about Wardah (Tiz Zaqyah) yang tgh practical kat satu syarikat ni then ditukarkan ke jabatan lain di bawah pengawasan Haiman (Aqasha). So Haiman ni dikenali as 'Hot guy' bkn sbb handsome (dah mmg handsome) tp sbb pemarah/tempered.  Masa Wardah bekerja under Haiman ...

TEH PENG LAGI

since post aku yg lps tgi viewers. hari ni, aku share gerai jual teh peng plg sedap area rumah aku ni (KUALA NERUS, TERENGGANU). klau korg try skali confirm pergi b'kali-kali. haha #1 top one: Teh Peng Pior Mat Anih lokasi: wakaf tengah aku kenal gerai ni dari hbis grad lg (thn 2017), rasa dia sama x berubah. bln puasa x payah tya knp ramai, cuba try sekali (you'll get the answer). gambar atas ni, ramadhan 2020, even PKP pon ramai prgi beli (including me). haha #2 boleh tahanlah rasa dia: Tea Peng Kaw-kaw lokasi: area gerai, dataran austin gong badak gerai ni, aku jumpa sbb nk minum teh peng hari jumaat tapi gerai atas ni x bukak, so aku google 'teh peng sedap' area rumah aku. rasa dia boleh tahan lah, tp x sesedap yg atas ni yer. sekian, tu jer.

EMOTIONAL POST

After a long break, here I am again. Lately, I was a bit emotionally unstable mainly because the problem i have been trying handling which is employment.  So, here a short intro about myself. I have graduated for more than three years in biomedical science at public university.  Alhamdulillah, I always got chosen for interview in any job I applied. Sometimes even I shocked by myself because I always got called and my friend didn't. Even thought I applied the same job as her.    Here the problem, all the job I got stop only after the email called for iv. Why? My parents, my mom and dad didn't allow me. One of the reason because of the cheap paid. Just so you know, all the MLT job I got that are related with my studies offered basic salary less than 2000. I try to convince them but there is no answer. Sometimes even I feel frustrated with myself. What I will be in 5 years?
